We truly enjoyed being there. In relation to the fantastic price paid, it was gorgeous place to stay with welcoming service. The location was great and the free parking was nearby...
Pity, but the beds were pretty small.

The location is quiet, 1 km from an early colonial cathedral. Btw, it's at a short distance from city centre.

We all had a such great stay in this stylish and homey hotel. The staff were all really kind, which was unquestionably a plus. The location was great and fantastic, for example, Mercado de Santiago was just a short stroll away from the venue. It was located in a fairly nice area not far from center of Merida and the main square and the old town of Merida.

missingWrote a review on 17 Octquestionable location
Struggled with hot water in the mornings, so cold showers had to do. The location was questionable, with a dark room lacking natural light, no TV, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Pool cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with algae present, and the breakfast selection was misleading as many options weren't available. The Wi-Fi connection was nonexistent throughout my stay, a major letdown.

The decor was eco-boho chic, with lush plants everywhere. Breakfast was delicious, with traditional options like quesadillas and fresh fruit. The cenote-inspired pool looked amazing, though I didn't get to swim in it.

It could be improved if the hot water reached the shower more quickly instead of requiring a long wait!!! Stained towels, and the sheets seemed overdue for a change!!!

The Twin Room was pretty comfy! I loved the cute design, and it felt cozy overall. The beds were nice and soft, and the vibe of the whole place was chill. The internal garden and pool area added to the relaxing atmosphere. Only thing was, it was a bit on the small side, but for a short stay, it worked for us.

Charming atmosphere with minor hiccups
The high ceilings and the beautiful gardens really added to the vibe. The rain shower was a highlight for me, and the breakfast with handmade tortillas was a treat! Just wish the Wi-Fi was better because it barely worked in my room. I left feeling relaxed.
